摘要: 背景与目的: 研究葡多酚(GPC)对辐射损伤诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞Bcl-2和Bax异常表达的影响作用。材料与方法:将经口灌胃给予不同剂量GPC的小鼠用射线进行全身性亚急性照射,取骨髓细胞用免疫组织化学方法检测各组Bcl-2和Bax表达。结果:辐射对照组Bcl-2和Bax阳性表达率分别 为10.02 %和20.88 %,高剂量GPC保护组则分别为18.28 %和16.14 %,两组间差别均具有统计学意义。结论:GPC可有效抑制辐射损伤引发的Bcl-2和Bax异常表达。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: To study the effect of grape procyanidin (GPC) on Bcl-2 and Bax expression of the bone marrow cells. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The mice given different dose of GPC were exposed to 60Co r-rays whole body subacutely.The Bcl-2 and Bax expression of mice bone marrow cells was measured by immunohistochemistry method. RESULTS: The expression rates of Bcl-2 and Bax of the irradiating control group were 10.02 %and 20.88 % respectively,and those of the high dose GPC group were 18.28 % and 16.14 %.The differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: GPC can inhibit the abnormal expression of Bcl-2 and Bax induced by 60Co γ-rays radiation.
